Accessories Description:
A pharmaceuticals company wanted to test the closure torque of a series of square-profile PET bottles. To minimise operator adjustment, they wanted to test all bottles at a constant height, using their Vortex torque tester.
Mecmesin responded by designing a set of nesting bottle holders along with a custom-moulded mandrel set. In this way each bottle could be axially aligned and presented at the right height under the torque head, for maximum test throughput.
